"The resort was absolutely amazing! The concierge team were extremely professional, excellent customer service and accomodating! The room had everything we needed (dishes, etc), spacious and clean. I loved that we had full access to the Hilton Grand as well. My only negative feedback is the shower head could have been cleaned/replaced as the water sprayed unevenly. Also, be aware that there is $35.00 daily parking fee that was not made clear at all when we booked the reservation. We stayed for two weeks so that’s a lot of $$ to pay for parking. Other than those two things we loved everything!!!"

"Great location. Lovely view. The owners were extremely to deal with and responsive to any questions. All check in information very clear. I have stayed at several Waikoloa condos in the last 15 years and this was by far my preferred. Highly recommend these owners. And the pool was great."

"The hotel is doing everything to turn guest away. The price includes just the room. No water in the room, no breakfast is included. Everything is extra and super inflated prices. Very unwelcoming. It is a trap. As a greeting I heard “we have you for 9 days “, and they did. For the last time. I don’t mind spending a lot of money but I would like to be treated like a guest, and not trapped. "

"Lovely stay! The space was well kept, comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed all of the beach equipment and towels, and the location was perfect to check out lots of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We would be happy to stay there again! Highly recommend!"

"Traveled with our little family. Overall very satisfied with our stay. The check in process, the property, the communication and check out was all a breeze. The unit was great, clean and spacious. Only saw one cockroach on the last day outside near our door. Which I’m guessing is not a big deal for Hawaii. The only thing I would wish for is having the most basics in the kitchen, like salt, pepper and cooking oil. Also, having more laundry detergent available would be ideal. I ended up going to the office, which is not on site, to ask for extra and they gave me some extra no problem. "
