"The room that they checked us into was dirty and smelled like vomit and so did the towels. The food was subpar and didn’t really taste like much. The direct beach access was nice. I just cancelled my RIU room for May and chose another hotel."

"Overall this was a really great stay. Beach was nice, a bit crowded but we had no real problem finding lounge chairs. Pool was enjoyable, only wish they kept it open later. Buffet is a bit understaffed and could use a bit more organization. Had to ask 2-3 time for drinks. That aside the food was good with a lot of variety . Mosquitoes were a bit of an annoyance so bring insect repellent. People allowing small children to run around the hall way at early hours was disrespectful and disruptive. Although no the resorts fault I just wanted to mention it for people with no children looking for a peaceful night sleep."
