"The property was beautiful, our rooftop didn’t have the hot tub on and the pool needed to be cleaned which was done the following day. The stay was very comfortable! And perfect location !"

"Super convenient to go and walk around, but there was no parking anywhere near and nothing is marked or has signs. The bed was clean thankfully the rest of the room wasn’t. The bathroom was full of mould and was dirty. There was hair all over the floor and in the shower. I got what I paid for and had a wonderful time and a safe spot to sleep"

"La verdad decepcionados, estuvimos en ese sitio 3 años atrás, nos dimos cuenta que han cambiado de dueños por lo tanto todo se ve terriblemente, poco ciudad, los empleados de allí no tienen la culpa de eso. El servicio, atención y amabilidad es un 5 estrellas, pero el resto muy muy malo. Este es un mensaje para la nueva administración o dueño de este sitio, que pena que tengan el hotel así, las cosas se rompen en pedazos, baños descuidados, humedad o moho por donde quiera. Me saco sombrero para las personas que trabajan allí y dan lo mejor con lo poco que tienen, mis respetos, gracias !"

"Just Okay. The location is the best part of this hotel, being close to 5th Ave, the beach, bus and ferry terminals. The room was very basic and the bathroom quite small. We lost power twice during our 4 day stay. The pool is pretty much non existent. I’d pay a little extra and stay elsewhere."

"The hotel has great parking, very close to everything, whether it be the Marina or Cozemel, Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Las Coloradas, etc. I loved the pool and sauna. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and cleaned regularly during my stay. However, I did have to kill a few cockroaches, which made me uneasy about sleeping. The shower water never got warm, and I like HOT showers, and the water leaked onto the bathroom floor. Minor issues, I'd stay there again were I to travel back."
