「This property is in an extremely convenient location as one can walk in the historic part of town just minutes away. The security of the unit is stellar with multiple doors with codes just to get to the apartment. The apartment was outstanding and spacious. I hope I have a chance to make a return visit.」

「This was an excellent property, immaculate in fact, plenty of storage ,everything was spotlessly clean, modern and well maintained. Beautiful bedrooms , comfy beds, loads of storage again . Everything had been well thought out . Good enclosed garden great for our dog . Margaret the owner was very helpful , the property was in an excellent position for visiting the surrounding area and Kirk Hammerton itself was a beautiful village and we only wish we could have stayed longer !」

「Fab apartment in a great location. Rooms are lovely & clean, got everything you need, like home from home. Owner & her husband very easy to deal with & obtaining the key when we arrived was super easy. Great having a car parking space too, major asset in a city! If I had to pick at one thing, it would just be the noise from the apartment above, TV was very loud each night till gone 11 but can’t blame the owners or the apartment on that, that’s really the luck of the draw as to whose above. 「A lovely spacious converted barn with easy and safe parking. The photos do not do the living area justice. It is much bigger than expected. There are doors leading to an enclosed garden from the kitchen, lounge and double bedroom. Each bedroom having its own en-suite was a bonus. Convenient for visiting York and the coast. A delightful weekend for three generations and 2 dogs.」
