This stunning contemporary house offers 5 spacious bedrooms , 7 modern bath rooms and various entertaining rooms.
The house has a fabulous games room with a bar, pool table, Large tv with karaoke and a wine fridge.
This property boasts a beautifully modern open plan kitchen /entertaining area with a gorgeously grand dining area, seating 20 guests. This room really is the centre piece of the house, making it the ideal space for socializing and entertainment. You will also find a large comfortable sofa and a large flat smart TV.
This incredible house provides a fully equipped kitchens with oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave, dishwasher and free Wi-Fi throughout. There is also hairdryers and ironing facilities provided throughout your stay, allowing you to pack a little lighter for your big weekend in York.

Can't recommend enough!!!!

This place is great! Comfortable beds, ample space! Kitchen space and living area has such a luxurious feel, high ceilings and everything you could possibly need and more. Stones throw from the centre of town. Perfect for big groups!! Thanks for having us:):)

Great Celebration House

Great house for a large group can accommodate up to 20 guests with lots of bathrooms. The party room was fantastic with the pool table and the kitchen was well stocked for the number of guests. Would highly recommend for a large gathering

Great Stay!

Outstanding stay

Had a great stay and everyone who was in the group liked the place immensely. Loads of space across 4 floors, the main hub is at the top of the house, with a huge tv and plenty of social space. Good pool table on ground floor and plenty of showers bed etc

Wonderful Weekend!

Absolutely perfect stay for my best friend’s Hen Do weekend - there were plenty of beds for our group and the interior was lovely! Literally a 15 min walk from all the restaurants and bars we had booked which was perfect. Host was responsive and helpful - would definitely recommend!

Great Stay!

A great house for a big group of people. There was plenty of space at all times and the house is very well maintained. The only thing missing is wardrobes - there wasn't a single one in the whole house. But we were very comfortable living in the house all week, and would definitely stay again if in York.

This house really does has the WOW factor,. The wine fridges, pool table and large communal space was great for our group.The property is beautiful! the social rooms are stunning! some of the bedrooms are amazing while others are much simpler. The location was brilliant!

Great communication from the Owner with clear, helpful and prompt instructions; very easy to communicate at all times, very responsive. A fabulous place: location is excellent; the 'house' is large and roomy, with ample ensuites and additional facilities; the kitchen-dining room is huge, with good appliances and beautiful decor; and very clean and tidy. We had professional caterers and they were very happy with the availability of items. Well recommended.

OMG!!!! STUNNING!!!

We booked this for our family to finally get together for Christmas, it definatley has the wow factor, The top floor is simply stunning, the karoke machine was a big hit with the kids, they loved the quirky tree up there too! I didnt see much of my husband though as he was enoying the pool room on the lower floor, typical :)

If I could review this place Higher I would, all of my family had a gathering here and it was just perfect, such a large house with plenty of space, the Kitchen had everything we needed for a big spread, including trays and platter plates! There was plenty of glasses and mugs for tea on a morning and a toast of champaigne in the evening!! The hosts were amazing and helped with anything we asked in terms of parking suggestions as we had more than 3 cars and suggestions for food.

Wow, excellent stay!

We had such an enjoyable time here. The house is huge, very deceiving from the outside. Lovely modern décor throughout, we spent plenty of time in the main entertaining room and our party loved it. All the beds were comfy, the games room was great. No complaints. Highly recommend.
