"Coming from America. I forgot in Japan that rooms are small, simple but still have a modern luxurious touch. The amenities are great on the property. They have scales to weight your bags before you leave to the airport, currency exchange machine, you can have staff or do a non person contact check in or check out. My package with my room came eith breakfast buffet voucher and if you miss breakfast you can use it as a lunch voucher. The staff in the buffet area are very fast and clear tables quickly. Food quality is good from western breakfast to traditional breakfast as well. They have vending machine and smoke areas, and lots more that i havent truely explored. 10/10 will come back again"

"Great hotel , only stayed one night, quite small but apparently this is standard in Tokyo and we were 3 adults to a room. Breakfast was good and more than enough to satisfy but it was a tray given to you that was either western style or Asian style , without a buffet or any other options."

"The front desk was always pleasant to interact with and very helpful when checking in and checking out! The room and facility were very clean and in a super convenient location about a 6 minute walk to kanda station. All the instructions were very clear throughout my stay and the amenities although not in the room was very convenient to grab from the 1st floor."

"Our stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Otemachi was excellent, and one of the things we loved most about this hotel was its location. It is very convenient and close to several train stations, including Kanda Station and Otemachi Station, which made getting around Tokyo very easy and stress-free. The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast they offered was also very good, with a healthy selection of food served every morning. It was a great way to start the day before exploring the city. Another thing we really appreciated was the excellent amenities provided by the hotel. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests’ comfort. Most importantly, the staff were extremely polite, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo."

"The room was nice and clean, although quite small. The shower handle was difficult to adjust, with the water flow either hitting the wall or the complete opposite side. The hotel was conveniently located, right next to Tokyo Station. It is a nice hotel, but there is a premium for a small room in this part of Tokyo."
