"Highly recommend. The staff is superb, the room was well taken care of and very comfortable. The onsen is incredible. My wife and i stayed two nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We did in-room breakfast which was delicious, we also enjoyed one night of their dinning experience in the basment. The proximity to the train station is very convenient as well! I felt well taken care of and that the stay was worth the money. Thank you, Hoshinoya! "

"Check in and check out was super quick and simple. Staff spoke english and were very friendly. They always greeted you each day when returning from a day out. They had free teabags and bathroom items available in the lobby which was very useful during my stay. They also had a vending machine with drinks available too. The room we had was small but cozy and clean (the standard double room 15sqm). There was no issue with the space. If you want more space or are travelling with more than two suitcases, I would recommend booking the bigger rooms they have available.The hotel offers a breakfast option but we didn't try it. (Some of the foods seemed to be frozen items you microwave back in your room.) There were no issues with outside or inside noises, overall very quiet. Tokyu Stay is very convenient location wise. It is in walking distance from Akihabara and to many train stations including Tokyo Station (Kanda Station Shin-Nihombashi station are a lot closer.) It is also located close to a lot of restaurants, vending machines, cafes and convenience stores. Not too far behind the hotel is a fantastic Cafe with great priced breakfasts (Café Lafresa) I never had issues during my stay and would definitely stay here again. Their provided breakfast offers a quick and simple option but I would recommend Café Lafresa or any of the nearby convenience stores instead. The location is great for getting to train stations, restaurants and convenience stores. Overall very happy!"
