Travelled here with my family of four. It was a super convenirnt location, and had all the amenities I needed for my family in the room. Even during the typhoon, my family was able to walk to places nearby. Our flight back home was cancelled, and we managed to stay until we were able to fly again. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Will stay here again 100%

The location is great, 3 train stops within close walking distance, as well as multiple restaurants and convince stores. The room was great and since we came in August having the washer/dryer in the room was a huge benefit. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself was clean and quiet. When we do go back to visit we will book another room here for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Minmaru Osaka West. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, and their thoughtful care made our visit especially memorable. They prepared a food safety card for our family member with allergies, recommended excellent nearby restaurants, and made our child feel at home with toys and genuine attention. The room was clean and comfortable, the room service was excellent, and the kitchen was well equipped. Of all the apartments we stayed in across Osaka, Tokyo, and Kyoto, Minmaru Osaka West stood out for its caring and attentive staff. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay in Osaka.

The entire property was clean. The staff was very friendly. Having 2 beds for parents and tatami room gave 2 children ample space for them to move around. The kitchen was clean, well-equipped and was just enough to have simple breakfast. Very convenient from Kanda station (JR) and walking distance from Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Department and many convenient stores.

The front desk was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We did one load of laundry while we were out and it was dry when we get back. The location is convenient with a 7-eleven just around the block, and a train station to easily get to Tokyo station. The area is quiet as it is mainly department stores and business area, and it’s good to have less chaos to begin our trip.
