The staff went through the trash from the room to recover the item. Above and beyond! Rooms were very clean and convenient. 7-11 around the corner, so good location too."

"Great location, JR station within easy walking distance right on the doorstep of both central Tokyo and Akihabara. Very helpful staff. And a Lawson either side of it too. Those shops kept me alive over there."
