"Everything was pretty cool, staff was very friendly, the hotel is really nice and spacious. Laundry is not super great because of machine needing coins and the drier not working correctly. But everything else it was AMAZING!"

The room has an excellent view of Tokyo skyline and Tokyo station tracks. Excellent location for riding trains and buses. The AIRPORT BUS TYO-NRT bus drops passengers off at Tokyo Station's Nihonbashi Entrance near the Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Marunouchi. The Bed was comfortable and medium firm."

"We had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and luxurious. Bedrooms were cosy and beds super comfortable. However, although the room area was utilised well, once suitcases were there was not much space to move around. The two breakfast options were delicious (Japanese style and western buffet). The staff were extremely polite and helpful. "

Arrived early, before check-in time so they held our luggage while we walked around. Upon returning, our bags were already placed in our room which was nice. Appreciated the mini fridge to keep drinks cold. "
