"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, 3 convenience stores nearby, laundry facilities and a great view from our room. Only real complaint is that the pillows were slightly too thin for me but that's just me nitpicking"

"Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. I accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept my stuff for me. After calling them first to confirm, I was able to stop by a few days later to pick it up. I really appreciate the service and extra care. The hotel is away from the touristy spots. I enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. A lot of local restaurants within walking distance. They were all very good. The hotel restaurant seems to be very popular as there is always a line. I only tried the breakfast buffet, which was really nice with good selections, especially the traditional Japanese breakfast options."

"Ginza is a great area to stay, but the room at this hotel was not clean; I found stains on the towels, sheets and pillow cases, which was very uncomfortable. The room itself was outdated as well and overall unclean. There was no space to open luggage and it was uncomfortable to stay in this room. "

From the guys at the front door, to the gorgeous girls in white operating the rotating girl, front desk team, restaurant staff, spa staff, room service - faultless. I felt so recognized and valued. The hotel breakfast is lovely, as was room service and is well located near Ginza. The design is a little dated but in pristine condition, and the customer care more than compensated. Well done to whoever is training the team! And thank you. "
