I‘ve never experienced something like this… First of all, we were perfectly on time for the check in, in the end we needed to wait 35 Minutes for someone to come by. We needed to call the management 2 times and still it took that long… Arriving in our room it wasn’t fitting to the pictures shown on the internet. "The rooms were very clean, and the hotel was very quiet. However, guests checking in should be told or notified that every Monday morning the hotel conducts fire alarm test so guests will be aware when the alarm goes off on Monday morning that it's a test. May I suggest that they do the testing in the afternoons instead of mornings so that people sleeping will not be awakened. Thanks. "
