Staff was very friendly, room was super clean and comfortable. Hotel is small and private so our stay was pleasant. I recommend this hotel and will definately consider staying here next time I travel to Isla Mujeres.

Pésima y terrible experiencia en este hotel.

Pésimo hotel, instalaciones demasiado gastadas, mi mamá sufrió una caída fuerte por no tener señalamientos de escalones, el piso de la entrada es irregular, y al comentarlo con el personal de recepción, no dijeron nada, solo sonrieron. No se puede descansar pues al lado hay un bar ruidoso y la habitación no tiene privacidad, las cortinas no pueden permanecer abiertas ya que se ve toda la habitación por dentro, además de que había muchos moscos. Las fotos del hotel son engañosas, las áreas verdes y la alberca son demasiado pequeñas. En general fue una terrible estancia por el precio que se pagó. Tuvimos que cambiar de hotel al día siguiente y por unos pesos más, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en otro hotel. Sugerencia no te hospedes si vienes con personas de la tercera edad o niños pequeños.
