「コモの市内からはちょっと離れていますが（徒歩30分、私たちはタクシーを使いました）、その分、自然に囲まれて落ち着けるホテルです。ホテル内に３カ所レストランがありますが、プールサイドのレストランが一番安価かつカジュアルで、皆利用していました（なので、予約したほうがいいです）。遊覧船で湖を回る時は、わざわざコモ市内まで行かなくてもホテル近くの船着き場からも出発できますので、そちらをご利用されてください。ホテルスタッフに聞くと教えてもらえます。スタッフは皆、英語ができます。」

「This is a beautiful hotel, full of light and next to the sea. Our room had a lovely sea view and it was possible to walk into the Old Town from the hotel along the sea front and the marina. Ibiza is a little quiet in late October but it is still warm enough to swim to walk and to find good food. I thoroughly recommend the hotel and visiting Ibiza when things are at a slower pace.」

「Vi tillbringade två dygn på detta härliga SPA-hotell. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal på hela anläggningen. Bra rum, bra frukost och bara restauranger. Vi provade både brasseriet och sjurätters avsmakningsmeny med vinpaket på restaurang Mori. SPA var underbart. Det bästa vi upplevt! Stort, fräscht och mycket att välja på. Vi provade flera ritualer, något vi verkligen kan rekommendera. Vi kommer tillbaka!」

「Dieses Hotel ist in drei Häuser aufgeteilt, die Unterirdisch verbunden sind. Dazu muss man jedoch sehr viele Treppen gehen oder von einem Lift zum anderen laufen, ca. 50m , jeweils zum Essen oder Pool und Anwendungen. Wenn man dann wie Wir mit drei Personen über 70 Jahre und Fußtechnisch eingeschränkt unterwegs ist, wird das zu einer großen Belastung. Man sollte vielleicht bei der Zimmer vergabe auf das Alter achten und VORALLEN Dingen die Aufteilung auf drei Häuser anführen. Dieses zu...

「Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. We were initially very excited about this until we realized that although our room was a bit bigger than what we had booked, it only had 3 tiny little windows at awkward heights that looked directly into other guest rooms or level with the pool restaurant diners so we no view of anything and could not have the...

「Amazing location and very comfortable rooms. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars. 」
