My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. "Excellent location just 6 minutes from Duomo. Checked in to the property the day before and received all of the relevant details. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was clean and has all amenities you could want for a stay. Overall excellent stay, location and room. Would definitely recommend."
