"The place was amazing! Check in process smooth with lockbox. I got a video on how to get into the building, so its impossible to miss it. Had shampoo, bodywash, hand soap, everything you need. Very clean, two bathrooms, quiet. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, Milan Retreats are very responsive, reply almost right away. The location within 1 minute of the metro was super convenient and the area down by the canals had fabulous restaurants. Check-in was easy (and flexible! We got in at 10am and we were lucky they could accommodate us early) and super friendly. One of our favorite spaces to settle into as a home base while on vacation with our family of 6."
