"We had a wonderful 2 night stay whilst going to the Italian Formula1 Grand Prix The receptionists all could not have been more helpful and obliging They were excellent at sorting out Taxis for us with Guiseppe and Salvador’s who were fantastic drivers without whom would never have managed to get about The only thing I could fault the hotel for was that there were No yea/coffee making facilities in the rooms"

"The great selling points for this hotel are their helpful, welcoming and wonderful staff and how closer to the metro it is. It is 8 stops on the metro to the Duomo. A particular shout out to Naomi. She was most helpful and lovely."

"Lovely hotel and very helpful and friendly staff. Very good restaurant. Very reasonably priced (room, restaurant and bar). On the very edge of Milan (furthest subway stop, which also requires a bus). The walk from the bus stop is not far but the neighborhood is sketchy. Taxi to airport was expensive ($135 euros)."

"The hotel was simple and basic, but atleast they had a breakfast buffet. They also had shuttle service to and from the airport. The front desk ladies were very kind and helpful. It is about 15 mins from the airport."
