"The room itself was comfortable as it was a junior suite, but the twin beds were small. I killed two insects about 3mm long in the room. I don't know what kind they were... I slept with the lights on because I thought insects might come out if I turned them off. It was close to the station, which was very convenient for getting around early in the morning."

"Although we had booked a room for three people, there was initially no extra bed and the amenities were not prepared for three guests. After we contacted the hotel through Expedia to explain the situation, the issue was handled immediately, and we are very grateful to the hotel manager for the prompt response. It was disappointing that the on-site staff did not resolve the issue promptly despite being informed three times. However, in the end, we were very satisfied with our stay. In particular, the breakfast was excellent—varied, high quality, and delicious. A senior male manager was especially kind and attentive, and his hospitality left a very positive impression on us. Although the hotel is relatively expensive, its location—just one minute from the Duomo—is outstanding, and the convenience of being in such a central area made our stay even more enjoyable."
