"Apartment was in a great location to restaurants, shopping etc. Very comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful. "

"The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently."

"This hotel was one of the best places we stayed during our trip to Italy. Located in front of the Central Station, it gives the opportunity to easily move by any means of transport to the places of interest in Milan. Its facilities are updated and very modern. Beautiful rooms that have nothing to envy of a high-class hotel. The attention of the person at the front desk was beyond extraordinary! They provide breakfast service if you give them advance notice."

"Although a little bit farther away from the train station, it is still accesible by public transport. Taxi is cheap and always available. We love the vibe of the area. Thanks to Yana for helping us out with all the useful information. Taxi came to get us in 3 mins as you have said. "

"The Good: Clean, wifi, aircon and it’s a safe place, local supermarket is very close (Pam local), metro is very close. Clean sheets and towel and everyday. No noise from street and every one is respectful. Press button to open front door which is really good and safe. The Bad: Area is not so good but the goods outweigh this by being safe. Would I stay here again? If I am on a budget - Yes If I am on a budget - No"

"Stayed for one night. Very close to Milan Central Station; clean room; adequate toiletries, towels; no hair dryer; tv remote not working; thin walls; breakfast bare minimum, but no complaints; friendly staff; quick check in"

"Great little hotel. Really functional no frills very friendly place. Tram stops into centre on the doorstep .Breakfast above average continental . Would definitely stay again. Don’t be put off by the approach leading to it!!! Very pleasantly surprised "

"Great location and near to the Duomo and easy access to the metro and trenord. Rooms were a bit tight for 2 people but the courteous staff more than made up for that."

"It's fine. Cheap place to stay. The noise is the biggest issue. There were dogs barking in reception one morning and no attempt from anyone to quiet them down. On the last night there was someone in a room practicing opera from 10pm til gone midnight. Think they need to remind guests and staff this is a hotel and people are trying to sleep. But as I say it's clean, cheap and staff were friendly."
