"Since this was my first time in Milan, Italy, so I'll start by saying that I did love how quickly the shuttle came once I called (maybe 10 mins). I also loved how much give and the overall softness of the pillows as well as the comforters. The receptionists were very kind, generous, and informative when it came to telling me about the breakfast, lunch, and dinner times, asking about when we'd need the shuttle the following morning, as well as offering us a breakfast snack bag for the morning...

"The staff were helpful. The rooms were effective with newly remodeled bathrooms. The hall could be updated. The location was between the station and shopping. The breakfast buffet was thorough. "

"The property was nice. I had a comfortable room. There is a charge for ice. No ice machines on the floors. I don't understand quilts on the bed. It's summer. To sleep under a quilt/comforter I need to turn the AC very low. In the morning I need to turn on the heat because the room is very cold. If I take off the quilt there are no sheets. "

"Right in the center of town .Easy to walk anywhere and a lot of stores and restaurants .The breakfast in the hotels is perfect with lots of options! "

"It’s not a tourist place, it’s in the middle of industrial area with no no places to go, the closest restaurant it’s 39’ of taxi or the metro across street will take to the center of town in 30’ with a transfer. The hotel itself it’s very clean, modern an organized, no food until 7 pm, but very good Notmy cup of tea!"

"Parking was supposed to be free and then when you get there, parking in front is free but it is always full and they charge you to parking in their garage. This is not truthful, I don't appreciate this. Overall an excellent hotel, high quality service. Bed was amazing and the food was great too. Lovely staff. I just did not appreciate charging me for parking when my booking includes parking "

"Great location if arriving by train to Milano Central (short walk). Room was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds and nice shower. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Wonderful service. We dined there all 3 nights of our stay. The cost was very reasonable and the food excellent! Staff were wonderful. Our only niggle would be the decore in the room is a little tired and needs a bit of touching up, but this did not detract from our wonderful stay. Gracia x"

"We love the junior suites that have 2 rooms in one! Great for family with pre-teens that want own space but not separate room. It would be great if the calcetto table was fixed! It's kinda sad with that many players missing legs/heads or entire bodies!"
