Quiet nice convenient location. Transport easy. Not a big hotel but decor is like one, ritzy. Nice rooms, rain shower, breakfast abundant. Great stay! Staff were very friendly and helpful: Floren and front desk girls, Jacob, Tyrone and Christian, excellent.

It was a nice place and the location was perfect. There were lots of restaurants, shopping, and metro stop near. It was only about a 5 minute walk to the Colosseum and Forum. The air condition could have been a little better.

The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk from the Metro, in a quiet and pleasant residential area. It is quite a traditional hotel and perhaps lacks some of the amenities and touches you might expect from a more modern four-star property. For example, while tea and coffee-making facilities were provided in the room, there was no milk available, and bottled water in the room was chargeable rather than complimentary. The bedroom was quite small, although I had booked a single room so was expecting it to be compact. However, I did find the shower area particularly cramped and somewhat difficult to navigate, and the shower itself was not especially easy to operate. The television had a good selection of English-language channels. Overall, the hotel was perfectly adequate for a short stay, but I felt the facilities and overall experience were a little below what I would normally expect from a four-star hotel.

Comfortable place to be

Not the fancy hotel but was clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood away from the center - but still very accessible to tourist sites. Breakfast gave you all the choices - American breakfast, German breakfast, European breakfast. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Perfect location to be away from the crazy but close enough to get there and enjoy for a day! Near a train stop which was perfect and the restaurants about 10 min walk are more yummy than near Duomo!

The hotel is very well placed for the metro. Plenty of bars restaurants nearby. Excellent shops nearby, which I preferred to those in the centre unless of course you are shopping for brands. Pagano metro only four stops from Duomo.
