Very modern and clean hotel. Seen some reviews of people saying the location is not great but there’s a Lidl and some other restaurants and shops down the road. Also around a 5 min walk from the metro, can get you into central Milan in 20 mins. Location was great for us. Hotel was spotless. Housekeeping came everyday and made our room spotless. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I needed a chair and extra pillows in our room and the staff delivered as soon as we asked. Thank you for a pleasant stay. If we visit Milan again, we would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a good stay at Breda Suites Hotel. The location was convenient and close to the city center, which made it easy to explore Milan. Breakfast was one of the highlights! Everything was delicious, and they had an apple bread cake that was absolutely amazing. The walk-in shower was also very spacious and beautifully done—definitely one of the nicest features of the room. There were a few things that could be improved. The AC stayed quite low, so the room felt stuffy at times. We were also only given one room key, and since the key is required to keep the electricity on, it was a little inconvenient when one of us wanted to leave while the other stayed in the room. The room had plenty of space, but the closet/storage layout didn’t make the best use of it. The hotel was also surprisingly difficult for taxis to locate. Maps didn’t pinpoint the entrance/address very well, and on two separate occasions our taxi drivers missed the hotel, so I would recommend allowing a little extra time when being picked up. Despite those inconveniences, we enjoyed the breakfast, spacious room, beautiful shower, and proximity to the city center.

I like that the rooms were spacious. The staff was very nice. My room was had ants in it, I mentioned this to the front desk early in the morning. The hotel offered to change rooms or they would re-clean the room and put down an insecticide. I opted for the latter because I was going out for the day. After returning in the evening I saw even more ants in my room! I immediately asked to be moved to another room. The new room was ant free but the temperature would not cool below 24 degrees Celsius. I mention to the front desk that I don’t think the air conditioning is working. The front desk could see my room temperature and assured me that they would try to lower it. I slept 2 nights in a hot room and one night with ants. I would not visit this hotel again because it was far from the city center. It could have been better if the air conditioning was cooling, I probably wouldn’t have minded the distance.

The room was clean and with more than enough space for 3 people - I didn't feel cramped at all. The bathroom was super nice. They had room cleaning service every day and did a good job. A/Cs, elevators, etc. so good, but no irons (see below) The hotel is close to the outer bounds of Milan. So this means you have to take the Metro (recommended) or taxi to the tourist places. The Milan Metro is superbly efficient and you don't have to wait much for the excellent, fast, quiet trains. The Bignami stop is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel - safe and calm. However, it is still 15-30 mins to different places, so you lose time both ways. There are no food choices super close, so you have to travel. Also going from and to the airport means either a taxi (currently $114 one-way) or the prospect of dragging bags to the metro and while switching trains (which we didn't do) The hotel itself is interesting. It is new and inside a large compound with another tall hotel. Since outside construction is still going on, you actually go through the other hotel to get to your place. Taxis drop you at the other hotel. We also got a room below the lobby which meant that the view was not great, but OTOH, we did get early checkin. No irons in the hotel, but the other hotel had a room where you could iron your clothes.

Very interesting room layout! The room was practically brand new when I stayed there and the staff were very friendly. It's a bit of a ways out from the city center but I don't think it took more than 20 minutes on the subway to get there, with only one transfer. It's a short walk from the subway to the hotel. The building itself is very nice, the grounds were still being worked on. It seems that it will be quite beautiful when it's done!

Très beau bâtiment, hotel classe. Personnel correct mais pas très interactif. Point négatif. Batiment avec tres grande fenêtre,mauvaise isolation. On était côté rue et aussi hotel encore en travaux extérieur (cour et jardin) plein de bruit des 7h du matin. Emplacement chambre à mieux choisir pour prochaine fois. Déjeuner chère pas tester . Taxe touriste chère aussi.
