The hotel was just across from Milano Centrale so that was excellent and the Metro only 4 stops from central Milan. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. The hotel was fine - very expensive for what it was but ok. We only stayed for 1 night, to be honest I wouldn't wanted to have stayed for much longer. The hotel feels a little tired and the room was very small but for an overnight stay it was ok.

The hotel was clean and located conveniently for the train. Unfortunately the other reviews regarding the AC were correct it barely works. In addition it was not an issue for myself but for anyone unable to climb in and out of a tall tub/shower this would not be ideal. The mattress is very thin and hard so beware for those with back issue's- If I came to Milan again I would stay closer to the sights but overall the staff was very helpful, property was clean, and there were no major issues.
