Clean, basic unfriendly hotel

Hotel is quite a bit out of Milan so you will pay 30 euros each way in taxis We were ok with this as we needed secure parking which was provided at the hotel Very basic but clean hotel. The front desk staff were just plain rude and ignorant, no service with a smile here. We felt like we were being a nuisance just for being there and having the audacity to check in.

Nice hotel. The breakfast was good. Having to walk 2km to get to public transit past an abandoned hotel through industrial area and a tunnel with homeless people, unnerving.

The Hotel was overall clean and very decent and the staff particularly helpful to assist with any requests. However, if you're planning to rely on public transportation during your stay in Milan, this hotel might not be the best option possible to stay.

The hotel was nice. It’s located in a remote/industrial area so transportation is required. We took the bus to the metro but it was a long walk to get there. I had dinner one night and was not impressed with the meal. The meat was bland especially for the price. The service staff was friendly and very helpful. So, if transportation is not an issue and your lunch and dinner are not considerations then this place is great.

Nice hotel, modern, clean and good facilities. Terrible location. I’m the middle of a disused industrial estate with no links to public transport. Taxis to the city centre or local amenities are expensive, approx €40-€60 each way. This information isn’t displayed anywhere so factor that cost into your journey.

This hotel is in an Expo zone and somewhat near to Milan. Staff was quick and effective when I asked for an iron. I complained about a green emergency light on the wall that would not let me sleep because of its brightness. I was mansplained by a man at the desk that at for fire security. Yet, there are two other red blinking lights for security in the room. So bring your eye covers to sleep. Otherwise, a BRIGHT green light will be staring at you, so bright, you can almost read a book.

i stayed 2 nights in This Hotel, the Room was Ok.. not big but realy enough space for 1 person... sad was only, you have a smart TV without Internet Connection. the Location is for a visit at Milano fiera or San Siro Stadium ok, but when u want visit Milan its to far from the City... and the Taxi prices are not very cheap in Milan, and its nothing in the near neighborhood where you can go, for a Drink or a Restaurant, so you stay in the Hotel Restaurant and This is also not realy cheap... when i checked out i was surprised that i was asked i take a water from the fridge, i say yes 1 bottle (0.5L), i need to pay 2.5eur, i was pissed, there is no Information about This, no viewable price list in the room, after 8hours drive with my car, i was happy to drink a water, i realy have think the 2 bottle water where was stored in the fridge was included for the guests, but OK... This is why the Hotel Service becomes from me more then 2 Stars... for a Single Room, 100eur per night... there can be a small bottle water 0.5L arround 20cent? included... positiv was the shuttle Service for und Milano fiera 👍
