Great location and clean

The apartment is very conveniently located by the metro station and in the Navigli neighborhood, but is tucked back enough that it’s very quiet. We came in early, and they were kind enough to let us drop off our bags while it was cleaned. The housekeeper did a fantastic job. It was very clean when we came back and we felt comfortable staying there. I liked the way the place was decorated and the architectural details of the apartment and building. The staff was very quick and responsive when we asked questions, like where we might find a shop with a certain cord etc. Marco was very upbeat and friendly. They even leave you a bottle of wine and a bottle of water as a welcome. What’s not to like? 😉

Very meh

The apartment at first seemed to be nice, but after staying there for 4 nights i have a few complaints. Firstly after showering the bathroom would have an awful smell and we found some mold in there. Secondly while trying to sleep you only got one thin sheet and not to mention it was directly across from a club that was very loud late at night. Also we did see 2 cockroaches, the only reason this gets 2 stars is that they had a laundry machine and nice air conditioning.

Cozy, well-maintained attic apartment with much-appreciated air conditioning, especially after climbing the five flights of stairs (there’s no elevator). The space has three or four windows offering lovely city views, though one curtain was broken, so the room wasn’t completely dark at night. The bathroom had very limited lighting, as the light above the sink wasn’t working, but it did have a small ceiling window. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the toilet worked perfectly. There was a hairdryer, though its plug didn’t fit the sockets, so we weren’t able to use it. Overall, we had a great stay: we felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyed complete peace and quiet with no noise from neighboring apartments.

O apartamento é muito bom, bem equipado, arejado próximo ao metrô... os únicos problemas que achei é que o boiller de água quente é somente 80 litros e como estávamos em cinco, as últimas sempre tomavam banho frio, e, no check-out que seria às 11 h, porém às 10 horas a senhora da limpeza já estava batendo à porta.

Péssima experiência

Foi horrível, desde o atendimento para o checkin, até o checkout onde nem resposta obtive. Em resumo: o quarto que nós receberam foi no 4 andar (80 degraus), no anúncio fala que não possui elevador, mas não que são esses andares, principalmente com dois idosos. Ao falar para trocar, receberam a informação com raiva, e não me respondiam mais nos canais de comunicação. Além do pior, informar que tem café da manhã continental e nos dar 3 voucher para um café e um salgado, em lugares nas redondezas da hospedagem. Fizemos questão de não usar nenhum deles, espero que tomem vergonha e forneçam algo coerente ao que é anunciado. Propaganda enganosa.
