"So bad communication and slow respond, the place is too small for tall people, only small towels were provided (face towels), no microwave, no heating, I have concerns about safety since I found something in the bathroom could be a camera!!!!! Not recommended at any price and for any reason "

"Our stay at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. This is not a traditional hotel, and there is no reception desk on-site. Check-in ends at 9 p.m., and keys must be picked up from a separate location, which is quite inconvenient for travelers arriving later in the evening. Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. "Lägenheten var ren och bra planerad. Tyvärr var den placerad på nedersta våningen bredvid hissen och helt utan isolering mot ljud utanför. Från andra hållet tvärs över gatan finns en vinbar som är väldigt populär och många gäster som skrålar långt in på natten. Kommunikationen var urusel. Jag försökte flera gånger via what’s up meddelande och gick till slut ringa. Personen jag pratade med var inte tillmötesgående och lät som att jag störde. Kan inte rekommendera detta boende."

"Arrived a little late in Milan due to delays, at reception we were told our room wasn’t on the site it was a two minute walk away, we were given a print out told to turn right walk past the supermarket and travel two minutes to block 5. Two minutes later no sight of block 5, we walked round for ages and decided to go back to reception to request a guide to the location only for it to be closed and no one there for advice. Eventually we found our room, nothing like the pictures in a run down...
