Check in: front desk staff charged our credit card three times because first two times failed, when we checked with credit bank, record showed two charges are pending; When turn on the air conditioner in the room, which is a ceiling AC, water dropped to the bed from ceiling. We asked to change to other room because of the water dropping. In the midnight, smoking smell came from air conditioner. In the lobby bath room, running cockroach and spider are found.
