Clean, comfortable room. Staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was decent which is nice considering there isn't much else around. They also have a little snack bar open 24/7.

Good location, friendly staff. Specially tall, grey hair and mid aged receptionist for night time, i forgot to take his name. He is a gem. Incredible service by him.

Great place to stay. Super comfy. Clean and excellent area could have stayed longer! Grocery near by. Good dining close to ferry Highly recomended

The photos cannot do this property justice, it's just beautiful. The town location and the lakeside terrace are fantastic and the extended grapevine-covered balcony from the master bedroom is very special. Very convenient and less expensive than Milan. The Hotel is inside the airport and this is the best when you have to travel overseas. Regarding Ferno specifically I am not able to give any comment because I went to Milan, not visiting Ferno.
Did not visit as I was inMalpensa to make air connecions. Did not go into town at all.
