2/5 - Disappointing
I recommend that a map with near places should be available for travelers . Instructions with near trains where to go , where to eat around. The staff needs to have more information available for travelers.

Clean room and good variety at breakfast. Only 1 small elevator was working due to maintenance for 1 month, which meant a long wait at times

Wish hotels.com would give option for breakfast included in price of hotel. It was expensive and were not informed of the price. $108 (15 euro per person) for 4 per day for a breakfast is not cheap! But everything else was excellent!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent! It was spacious, clean with complimentary wine that we loved. Check-in and out was a breeze. Location was great, safe and a short walk from the Milano station. Lots to do around the area. Would definitely book with them again!

It's a fine suburban area of Milan. I was here to visit a distributor in the area. Pretty much a strict business trip. No pleasure was mixed in.
