「Everything was great. Rooms are massive. Only complaint is the extreme cost of food and water in the hotel. A bottle of water in the resort’s restaurants was $12 for example. My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and spent $1,200 on food, eating 2 times a day on average. There is a 15% gratuity and 10% tax on every meal. The 15% gratuity goes to all the workers throughout the restaurant and the waiter still expects their tip. We went to a couple different resorts to visit and every restaurant was...

Ms. Barbara was an absolute joy to talk to. She always checked to see if I was having a great day. The staff at the coffee shop and Restaurant were great too! Just wonderful people who made you wanna stay. 」

「Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. 」
