"The location is excellent — just steps from the subway station, large shopping malls, great restaurants, and 24-hour convenience stores.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and they spoke good English. You can even purchase airport bus tickets to Haneda and Narita directly at the front desk. The bus stop is conveniently located right at the hotel entrance."
"This hotel was a gem deep in the heart of Japan’s red light district. The hotel was so nice and clean. The Godzilla theming was so fun. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable.
It is in the red light district in Tokyo. It actually felt safe and we never had a problem. But we got some looks with our 12 year old. lol.
I highly recommend staying here. It’s so fun. "
"Loved our stay here. The staff was great. It’s right next to the train station which was made it easy to get into the city and transfer to get on the bullet train to Kyoto. The restaurants nearby are not fancy but very tasty. The convenient store literally downstairs within the hotel was incredibly convenient. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty and allowed us to get very full which was good because we knew we’d be walking a lot and spending some time on trains and getting around. The onset and spa were amazing and relaxing rooms were clean and ours overlooked the train tracks which was romantic at nights being able to see the trains coming and going from bed. "
"Walking distance to Shinjuku train and bus station making going places easy. Direct route from hotel to airport via bus right outside the hotel lobby . Easy check in and Check out. "
"
I didn't encounter any problems during check-in or check-out. The staff was very helpful and ready to assist with any questions. The cleaning service was consistently attentive, so my room was always tidy upon my return."
"Great hotel for a quick airport stay!
This is a great hotel if you need a place to stay near the airport—especially if you're arriving late or need a convenient transfer. It's within walking distance of Terminal 3, which is helpful if you don't want to wait around. I walked from Terminal 3 at night; it was manageable, though I got a little confused on the way. Later I found out that the hotel actually offers a free shuttle to and from Terminals 1 and 2, which is super convenient—I just didn’t know about it when I arrived.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally overslept and checked out about 30 minutes late, but they were kind and didn’t charge me or make a fuss about it. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient option for airport travelers!"
