"The check in was so smooth and the staff was professional and polite. The room itself was perfect and was clean and well taken care of . I was staying on the godzilla floor and the view from the room was breathtaking. you could see the whole city for miles. I see myself coming back to this hotel next time I'm in Japan. "Would recommend. We stayed here for the first 3 days of our family trip. Rooms were great and had lovely views over Tokyo. The cute pajamas they gave you were super comfy. Area was right in the thick of things. Only negative, check-in was a bit messy(you use machines rather than working with humans which was a bit of a pain point and not the warmest greeting.) you sort of want a human touch after a 10 hour flight. However the staff was always eager to please. "
