This is my first time staying at Imperial Hotel Tokyo. When I first entered the hotel, staffs were nice and helped me and my husband carrying the luggage. Good and quiet location at Shinjuku!…

I love the location of this hotel, near to train station or walkable to Shinjuku station. Also very near to Gyoen park. It's also in a quiet area of Shinjuku. Lots of cafes and food around the area. The room was smaller than I expected. If you're coming from a long flight and have big luggage, it might be challenging for you. Cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was not so bad for my budget and very filling. I also wish the front office desk staff would be more friendly and accommodating.…I love the location of this hotel, near to train station or walkable to Shinjuku station. Superb. One of the best hotels we have been to. The service is really great, from the hotel entrance (taking all our belongings), guidance to parking area, the staff on the check in, the explanation, everything was above average. After that, one staff brought us to the room and did a quick explanation of the room. The room was a smoking room, but it didnt feel like it. There are no smell or even a distinct smell that it is a smoking room. It is very clean, room temp was good and can be adjusted. Free water and have alot in the fridge you can buy. The bed was so soft that we can just fall asleep the moment you go into it. The bathroom is big, bath tub and shower can accommodate 2 people. The best part, balcony with the view of minato mirai. I love the balcony where you can sit, drink, eat foods, smoke, while looking at the very beautiful minato mirai. At night, the lights are splendid. …Superb. One of the best hotels we have been to.
