Rude staff
Location is pretty good, quiet area but everything necessary around. Check in was quick and room was satisfactory. Everything was fine until next morning. I went to get the car and my wife and daughter checked out. At check out, female staff very rudely told them they had been noisy and another customer complained.. WHAT THE HELL.. this is extremely unprofessional behavior by the staff. We had a 1 year old daughter, we all went to bed at 8pm, got up around 5:30 and didn’t make any unusual noise. First if all, how on earth would they pin point that to us? Second, it’s a hotel. The staff should have either called the room after the complaint to inquire or just apologised to the customer..NOT rudely complain to us. Very very bad
