"Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"Just 2minutes walk from exit 7 Asakusa terminus station of Ginza subway line which is connected with Matsu Department store then you come up to ground level. The hotel is at opposite side of the road. Close to Senso Hi( Asakusa Temple). Can't be upset with shopping and dining options. Our room has great view overlooking Sumida Gawa (River Similar) and facing Skytree Tower. Staffs are friendly and courteous."

"The check in went very smooth. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They had English speaking staff also to help. The hotel was in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and cafes. We walked to downtown Shinjuko and lots to see. "
