Central location, all amenities worked, very cheap price and just a small surcharge for breakfast. Very helpful front-desk young lady and a range of extras like iced drinks in the reception area, including ice cubes.

Communication with staff was incredibly convenient. There is a shuttle from Hakuba and the driver greeted me warmly. Upon arrival, staff greeted me at the entrance and at check-in counter. Bell Cottage Village
年末年始２泊しました。駐車場がかなりぬかるんでいて、駐車スペースを確保するのが大変でした。施設の整備や清潔さは特に問題はなかったのですが、チェックインする時間に合わせて暖房をつけておいてもらえると良かったです。暖房器具が１台しかなく部屋が暖まるまでかなり時間がかかりました。
