The room was smaller than expected but I hear all rooms in Japan are. The AC was very nice during the hot summer. Overall it was a very good experience. My only complaint is the coin laundry they have; the wash cycle takes 30 minutes and recommended 60 minutes to dry, this often causes a line for the dryers. Additionally, when I went to use the dryers, after a full hour my clothes were still damp. Other than that awesome hotel, love the godzilla display they have in the lobby :)

Excellent staff and unbeatable location, but showing its age We had a good family stay at Centre Point Plus Silom. Every member of staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to help us. - Prime Location: Direct access to a connected mall for food and groceries (Sushiro and MK were great), street stalls right outside, and a quick walk to Sathorn Pier for boat transit. - Spacious Rooms: Huge space for a family of 4, great city views, plus a fridge, microwave, and Japanese toilet. - Good Facilities: Pool, gym, and handy self-service laundry. Things that could be improved - - Impractical Layout: A lot of wasted space, and the bathroom has no frosted glass or privacy partitions between the toilet, shower, and sink. Only one person could use it at a time. - Maintenance: The room feels a bit dated with a faint stale smell. It was very loud due to two noisy AC units. We also had a water leak one night that staff fixed it quickly and apologised with a fruit basket, but it showed signs of poor maintenance. - Elevator Delays: Only two lifts for the building, leading to long waits during peak times. Overall we enjoyed the stay with location and excellent staff making up for the problems.

I came here for the first night of my honeymoon. The staff was very friendly, and even decorated the bed with rose petals (unprompted). It was a beautiful view from my room and the breakfasts was delicious. Wouldn’t change a thing! A great experience!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with my father, everything was perfect, the staff so helpful and friendly. The rooms were immaculate. Highly recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location! Breakfast was only a 2 min walk away in a different hotel and a nice way to start the day. Angela had been great organising a pick up and drop off from the airport and we were able to leave our luggage in the foyer for our very late departure. I would stay here again.

The hotel has its own bakery where you can watch the pastries being made. You can purchase the pastries at the hotel restaurants. Service from housekeeping, To the concierge, to front desk. The front manager even took time out of his busy schedule to speak to me. 5 stars truely earned and deserved. Fitness center very well equipped also a center manager there for guidance. POOL very clean and well.maintained. Cooler then you may think for summer. Excellent facilities.
