Clean and tidy. Air con in rooms needs work. Weirdly I had to have a single bed, as the rooms were all taken despite checking in at 5pm Is want a problem as in was travelling alone, but made me wonder what the case worked have been if I’d travelled with my partner.

Great location for is, we stayed last year, some of the Pennine equipment is old, both our TV and iron were broken when we arrived, but the staff were very prompt in exchanging both items

The hotel is outdated and needs a revamp. The passage carpets are threadbare. The good thing about the hotel is that it is centrally located. The bad thing is the street noise - from party goers to rubbish collection early in the morning. Terrible nights sleep

Everything was brilliant - hot tub really hot and clean, spotlessly clean lodge, smooth check-in and out. We've been here before, 5 years ago, and will be returning again sometime no doubt!
