For a first time stay in Hawaii, the Sheraton Beach resort was excellent choice. The property was well kept and our room looked updated with no issues. Stunning ocean views throughout the resort and we were right in the middle of all the Waikīkī beach action.

Loved the breakfast package and valet. Exquisite dining experience. The avocado benedict was fantastic. I had it 3 times as well as the half papaya breakfast.
The beach was beautiful.
The ice machine is on the 8th floor only and it took a long time to get room service to bring ice.

First night arriving we had an issue in the room we were assigned, it was brought up to the front desk. The original room had to be shut down and they were wonderful in giving us a different room which turned out to be better than expected. It was our first time in Hawaii and the room upgrade made our experience on the island so much better. Thank you to the staff especially Marissa for the wonderful experience at the resort.
