Surprised by the car parking charge and charge for swimming on check in - neither of which was mentioned when booking. Windows of the room filthy on the outside which actually created a poor first impression.
Ordered food using the QR code method - took my payment but didn’t put our order through - bar man most unhelpful to the point of being rude. Had to pay twice for our meals (granted we got a refund 3 days later but where would we have stood if we weren’t able to pay twice?)
Sent in a complaint but unfortunately not very satisfied with the response.
Not very “customer focused” I’m afraid.
