Awesome property would stay again

Staff was awesome and helpful

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

The staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean, and I really appreciated the ample parking. The only downsides were the low shower pressure, which wasn’t ideal in the winter, and the noticeable airplane noise at night due to the hotel’s proximity to the airport, which made it a bit hard to sleep.

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.
