"I live in Vegas and this is usually my go-to locals casino when I staycation. But with the way we are nickel'd and dime'd makes me want to stay in my car next time. From no coffee maker in the room to getting charged $1.99 for plastic utensils because I would rather take a to go order and eat it in my room, or the advertised specials like $2.99 shrimp cocktail but only if you earn a certain status on your player card (which they don't tell you on those billboards) and lastly the resort fee supposedly waived for locals but oh, not this time because they are sold out. "

"Palms was a great value property for our spring break getaway. The room was an average hotel-sized room and mostly clean and well-maintained. The variety in options at the onsite food court was great, and very budget friendly if you don't want to spend a lot at the restaurants. The casino area was a good time, although I wish there were more tables for table games (roulette, blackjack, poker). Felt like a primarily-slots casino. My favorite part about the casino was the minimum bets ($10/15) were much lower than what it is at the strip casinos ($25/50/100). Was able to play longer. We had a great time at the pool and was able to watch March Madness games with the big screens showing multiple games simultaneously. Overall, a great experience at Palms!"

"Casio floor was good there kitchen restaurant was not what I was expecting the orange juice like old card board the steak look big enough but the piece I got was full of fat and legaments I wasn't happy the when I was gone out on the town someone went in my room and took 3 packs of cigarettes some of my diabetic medicine and my stack of quarters plus I went down 3 time to talk to them about the shower and sink and the stuff up around. The tolliet then they want to charge 100 a day for something and 56 a day for something else so yeah I'm not happy"
