"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean hotel in Las Vegas. There are zero signs directing hotel guests to either check-in or parking. Once you find the parking garage, it's a 20 minute walk to the actual hotel, and you have to traverse the garage, the casino, a back alley, more casino, and a long walkway to the elevators, which, by the way, all smell horribly of cigarette smoke. Yes, I understand it's attached to a casino, but this is 2026, and at least where I'm from in California, smoking is prohibited in all public places as well as outside the entrances. Vegas could benefit from similar laws. If people want to give themselves cancer, that's on them, but subjecting hotel guests to their disgusting and deadly habit is not ok. The room was also extremely disappointing - no soap for the shower, the bed sheets weren't even tucked in, the shower didn't drain at all, so by the time you're finished showering, you're standing in a bathtub full of dirty water, the AC was noisy....you get the idea. 1 star at best."

"This boutique hotel is at the end of the strip. It is away from the hubbub and peaceful. There is not a casino inside the hotel. The room was large and clean, but the entire building is coated in red. This made the light from the windows very tinted red and triggered my husbands migraines when the curtains were open. The staff was friendly and the food wasn’t bad and reasonably priced."

"We never got the $75 F&B credit originally from Expedia. We booked a king bed deluxe room but got a room with two double beds. The hotel told me that it’s due to non availability. They did offer me a hotel $150 F&B credit but removed the $75 credit from Expedia. The hotel system is not working half the time and we couldn’t charge expenses to the room. We requested for slippers 5 times and never got them. The AI check in app doesn’t work, the tv in the room is glitchy. The shower head is loose and keeps on failing off. The list goes on. Overall, we were just super glad that we are only there for two days. We have stayed in the hotel before it was actually before our recent stay we seriously wonder what happened!!! The hotel is so badly managed now."
