"Our room smelled like sewage and the shower was broken. The carpet was dirty, bedding was stained, and things were falling off the wall. Took the front desk an entire day to get us moved to a new room. We had to wait in 30-45 min lines to talk to anyone about anything. They have an AI helper that answers phones who is anything but helpful and have a max of 3 staff members at the front at any time. There was also no communication between staff members about reassigning us rooms so there was a lot of back and forth and confusion. Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel or casino. "

"The rooms had roaches. I had 2 different rooms they both had roaches. Then I was to get a refund for 2 days they only gave me 1 day with the second day they only credited me 13$ "

"Literally everything was broken: our door, sink, and the pool was completely closed. They also charge a 200 dollar hold without mentioning it before getting to the property. Absolutely terrible experience. "
