"We found bugs in the ice that came from ice machine. Second, refrigerate did not work. Third, no mirror in the room. Only mirror is located in a bathroom. When several people are getting ready not everyone can fit the bathroom. At last, we paid $50 resort fee and only one pool side was open. Kids splashing water is not very relaxing for adults. Plus, Waites messed up our food order several times. "

"Everything was fine except and this is a big except. I have an electric Cybertruck and I explicity told the valet person that it needed to be charged. They had 3 days to charge and nothing was done. I had to run all over Las Vegas to get a proper charge. It seriously delayed our return trip. I'm 80 years old and handicapped I only asked for this accommodation .It soured our stay..john walz...I vote for Trump"

"The check in and check out process is soooo slow! Check out time is at 11am not 12pm. Everything is else was good!"

"Not the best, but hey, it’s the closest one to the stadium. Found the persistent smell of cigarette in the room annoying, otherwise the front desk staff was amazing. "

"Staff was absolutely careless. No one at all at cared to help with any issue I had. There was a handicapped gentleman in the elevator having issues and I told security and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I found a manager who simply listened to me and carried on what she was doing. The phone in my room did not work during my entire stay. I couldn't even use my cell phone to contact the front desk because they use AI. I had to go down to the front desk to ask a question at 3am. I bought a coffee at the shop ON THE PROPERTY and was not allowed to drink it at the pool. I was hit with a sticker fee shock when I was required to put down a $100 PER NIGHT deposit on my room. This was not on the receipt and expedia did not give any warning. I will not visit rio again nor will I use Expedia for any travel plans in the future. "
