Palms Casino Resort

4/10 Poor

"Booked a one bedroom suite in the Fantasy Tower. There was no minibar in the room. Only 2 miniture waters. The front desk didn't think that disclosing that there was no minibar in the room during check-in was important. The room was ok but the bathroom was dirty. There was a lot of hair and dust on the perimeter of the floor. You can tell that housekeeping does the bare minimum. They do not mop, sweep or vaccum. The sinks were clogged so it took forever for the water to drain. Terrible."

Masquerade Tower at Rio Hotel & Casino

"First time staying here for EDC. We booked at the Masquerade Tower in the King suite. Loved the renovation and loved how spacious the room is. We had endless side tables and were provided a couch, a fridge and tv. Wish they provided a coffee maker in the rooms though. Restroom/tub still need an update. Our knobs were popping off when we washed our hands but upkeep was fine. It was clean nonetheless.. We also loved the views from our 31st floor! Black out drapes and floor to ceiling windows are awesome. This weekend it seemed busier and elevator waits were long the first 2 days ( we stayed for 4 nights) one elevator seem to be down making the wait times 15-20 mins! The pool got shut down due to extreme winds so that was a bummer. We got a bucket of drinks which we had to bring back to the room. Food options were great, no issues at any restaurant in the Rio. Ride-share close and free parking for cars. Casino lively and fun. Overall definitely would stay again in the future!"

Ahern Hotel Las Vegas

"We try to always stay at Ahern. Easy Parking. Coffee shop opens at 6 am. Restaurant has great specials. I usually get the Ahern American for breakfast - very good and filling. For dinner - got their all beef meatloaf and mashed potatoes - it was literally enough for 2 people. A 10+ every time we have stayed at Ahern. approx 15 times."

Club Wyndham Desert Blue

"At first during Check in the system was down so there were no keys available so I had to stay in the room until the key system were back or go through asking to get let in to my room. Once I got in the shower and bath water temperature was so scalding I couldn’t take a shower. When I asked for another room they let me know that they can TRY and find another room but it seems like most rooms had the same issue. They were also not very enthusiastic to remedy the issue at all and I ended up just dealing with it. Would not go again."

Trump International Hotel Las Vegas

"Fantastic stay at Trump Tower in Las Vegas! The hotel team was professional, happy, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The suites were impeccably clean and the layout of the rooms are well-thought out. We LOVED that we did not hear any other guests while in our room. The soundproofing was unbelievable. Couldn't have been happier with this vacation stay, will definitely return in the future!"
