Conveniently located just 1.1 miles from the strip (Approximately 2-6 minutes drive/ 15-22 minutes walk/ 8 minutes on the bus) which is a great distance to keep you near everything and enough far away from all the noise and traffic. Within 4-8 minutes walk from Palms, Rio and Gold Coast hotels and casinos which offers shuttles, a great variety of restaurants, shops and shows.

Unit is located in the second floor with a balcony and has access to 2 pools (Secondary pool currently under renovation but main pool remains open) and a hot tub (hot tub is currently closed due to Covid-19 precautions) which are just steps away from the condo.
