"Room was nice- the bathroom and shower have funky sliding doors so you can’t use the vanity if one of the doors is open. There’s only one ice machine that’s located on the 2nd floor. And there were only 2 elevators- one of which was out of order throughout entire stay. Location is great if you’re attending something at the convention center as the monorail is just outside the hotel. "

"Had a wonderful time. Just disappointed there was no coffee maker in the room and the hot tub in the adult pool area was not working. And also I paid extra for an attraction view and we looked out at the top of the building and if we looked all the way to the left we could see a part of the Sphere😉"

"Pool closed after several times of asking if opened. Access for strollers not available if you are by yourself with a stroller you have to find elevators that are not marked and always the opposite of escalators and stairs. Room hot and air said 65 but room was 80. Room small and no view out window. Will stay at Mandalay Bay next year- where we ended up for a pool and amazing time after all. "

"We didn’t get there until the early morning because our flight the night before got super delayed. Went to check in and the told me they didn’t have a room for me, even though I had already paid for it. Finally they got us a room, an hour later, mind you we got there at 3am and were exhausted. They gave us a room without a fridge even though the first room we reserved was supposed to have one. We get to the room and it smelled awful. Like straight sewage, and a lot of the hotel smelled like that. So gross. We had a room with two queens and a bunk bed above one of them, which they acted like it was a bonus, it was not. Our sink backed up everytime we used it. And the was what looked like blood splattered all over one of the walls. We tolerated it for the morning because we were exhausted. The next morning we went down to complain and they moved us into a new room. It was ok but still smelled like sh*t. I would never stay here again. "
