I had to wait for maintenance to fix the TV in the 1st room I checked in, and finally they recommended me to switch to another room after 1 hour wait. After checking out, I had to wait for a Security to let me back to my room and I had to wait another 30 min b/c no one gave a proper instruction where to wait
