"This hotel is top notch, five star! At the end of a crazy busy, chaotic day in Hanoi, it was a great, comfortable place to end up! We didn’t spend much time at the hotel because we were out and about. The buffet breakfast was amazing!"

"This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel is of beautiful French colonial style and in the heart of old town, very convenient to go anywhere with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When you check in, you literally go through a whole orientation of the hotel and neighborhood. They really treat you like royalties, the level that you don’t often even get from the five star international brands. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back and stay here. Also, highly recommend using the hotel arranged airport car service. It saves you a lot of time and hassle."
