"Second time staying here and it was great. The staff was delightful and the apt was huge. One thing to note is the TV only has Italian channels which is fine but the Netflix button on the remote does not work and you cannot do screen mirroring with your IPhone. "

"The staff at the front desk are simply marvelous. Kind, helpful with check in. Ronnie checked us in and suggested a place for lunch and made the reservation for us. It was definitely a locals only type of trattoria and the food was excellent. The location was very close to the SMN train station. This does account for some noise on that facing side of the property. We had an 8 am flight and had no trouble arriving to the airport on time. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel location was important to us as we wanted a stay at place that we could have access to the main sites. The hotel is literally across Santa Maria Novella train station. It’s a short walk to the Duomo, shops, cafe, grocery store (Conad) and even a self-serve laundry."
