「We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot...
「Staff are so helpful and nice! No need to even ask for luggage help, the amazing porters come to you right away when they see you with bags. Top notch service. Everything was so smooth staying here. The rooftop with pool has such an amazing view, up close of Santa Croce and the whole city spread out before you. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’d like to be more towards the less crowded Santa Croce area away from super central central stazione or Duomo area.」

「We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!」
