The rooftop with pool has such an amazing view, up close of Santa Croce and the whole city spread out before you. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’d like to be more towards the less crowded Santa Croce area away from super central central stazione or Duomo area.」

「We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!」

The former monastery from 16th century has been meticulously renovated into spectacular suites and a glass covered courtyard dining area. the art work inspires. 「This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate. Also, when we arrived, we had to check in using the codes although we arrived before 4 PM. This was not a big deal but I wanted to mention. The location is awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The communication was good.」

over all stay was nice, but here's some cons..
The room was far from the lift and I had to use the stairs to access my room. the fridge was full smell of molds and so were free bottles of water, so didn't use it at all. Before I used AC, felt like the room air was not so fresh neither. if it was 3 star hotel, I could understand the condition... staff was nice and helpful, thank you!"
