"Our stay was brief, one night, arrived at 9pm and left at 7.30 am. Room was a good size, private bathroom clean and pleasant. There is no reception so it's necessary to confirm an arrival time whereupon somebody will be on hand to let you in and show you around. Very helpful people run the place, I was in contact via WhatsApp a number of times pre arrival as we were delayed enough route. We got to Pisa unexpectedly late via Flixbus at 20:50 due to train strikes and the owner helped us to arrange...

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"We had a great stay at this property in Pisa. Its location is really convenient - very close to the airport and just under a 30-minute walk to the city centre, which made getting around easy. The staff at reception were excellent: very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Their accommodating attitude really made a difference to our stay.
